How does ResOne pricing work?

ResOne pricing has three components: a base plan fee (determined by your property size), a per-bed monthly fee (which decreases as your property grows), and optional module add-ons for features like RIA, laundry management, and facility booking. Your quote combines all three into one monthly figure.

Is there a setup fee?

Yes. A once-off setup and onboarding fee applies to all plans. This covers your platform configuration, data migration support, and staff training. The exact amount depends on your property size and chosen modules — it will be included in your quote.

Why don't you show prices on the page?

Because a flat price wouldn't be accurate for your situation. A 100-bed property with RIA and laundry management has very different requirements to an 800-bed enterprise operation. Our calculator ensures your quote reflects exactly what you need.

What is the per-bed fee?

Per-bed fees vary based on your property size. Smaller properties have a slightly higher per-bed rate, while larger operations benefit from economies of scale. All per-bed rates are included transparently in your personalised quote.

Can I add modules later?

Yes. ResOne is designed to be modular. You can start with the core platform and activate additional modules — like RIA, laundry, or facility booking — as your property grows or your needs change.

Is there a contract or minimum term?

ResOne operates month-to-month with no lock-in contracts. Annual billing is available at a discounted rate. The setup fee is a once-off cost regardless of billing cycle.
